Found your next car? Reserve it for up to five calendar days, giving you time to visit our showroom and view it in person.

If you change your mind before viewing, or decide the car isn’t right for you at your appointment, we’ll refund your £250 in full. If you buy, it comes off the purchase price.

Before you pay

Please contact us to confirm availability and arrange your viewing.

Pay £250 and enter the vehicle registration as your payment reference. If a reference field isn’t offered, send us the registration and your name after paying so we can match your payment.

Reservation terms & conditions
  1. Confirmation and hold. Your reservation starts when Riverwood Select confirms receipt of your payment and vehicle availability. We’ll confirm the expiry date and hold the vehicle for a maximum of five calendar days.
  2. Your appointment. Viewing is by appointment and must take place within the reservation period.
  3. Change of mind. You can cancel before viewing, or decline the vehicle at your appointment, for a full refund. Contact us on 07386 244331 or josh@riverwoodselect.co.uk. The hold ends when you cancel or decline the car.
  4. Expiry. If you haven’t viewed or agreed to purchase by the expiry date, your reservation ends, the vehicle returns to sale and your payment is refunded in full.
  5. Availability. If we cannot fulfil your reservation, we’ll refund your payment in full.
  6. Refunds. Refunds will be issued within five working days of cancellation or expiry to the account from which payment was received. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.
  7. Deciding to buy. This payment reserves the vehicle only and does not commit you to buying it. If you decide to buy after viewing, we’ll agree the purchase and deposit terms with you separately, and deduct the £250 from the purchase price. See our sales terms.
  8. Your rights. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
